Meet Amanda Kearns - Founder of ARK Health Group

Amanda founded Inner Angel Health Clinic in 2014, creating a space dedicated to digestive health, personalised care, and integrative wellbeing.

She later established ARK Health Group, expanding her work into practitioner education, microbiome-focused supplements through ARK Fusion, and wider health innovation initiatives.

Alongside leading the business, Amanda teaches entrepreneurship at Dundalk Institute of Technology and is completing a PhD at Ulster University exploring how digital technologies can support more effective and empathetic communication in healthcare.

Amanda thrives in collaborative, design-thinking environments, working closely with her husband Rowan and the wider ARK team to build new ideas in health, education, and innovation.

Kate is one of our ARK Fusion stockists, so it’s always great to catch up with the clinics we work with and hear how they are supporting their clients.

We’re often asked what to wear for a colonic and the answer is simple, whatever makes you feel comfortable 🤍

You’ll be asked to undress from the waist down only, remain dressed on top, and will be fully covered with a towel throughout your treatment. Light layers are ideal so you can warm up or cool down as needed.

We also provide dressing gowns and slippers if you would prefer to use these during your session.

A little preparation can make a real difference to your colonic session.

Staying well hydrated in the days beforehand - around two litres of water or herbal teas - supports your body’s natural processes. We also recommend avoiding large meals in the two hours before your appointment.

Most importantly, try to relax. When the body is at ease, the session is often more comfortable and effective.
