Yes… I’m crying at the end 😂

A full circle moment for me.

Seven years ago I was teaching yoga for Clanrye when I first came to Newry. Tonight I got to welcome your team into Finding Solas.

You do so much for this community, it was honestly lovely to give something back.

Thank you to every woman who chose to show up for herself. To soften. To receive. To rise.

And thank you to and for holding the space so beautifully. The Reiki. The sound. The quiet strength in the room.

Something shifted.

We anchored it before the 17th.

• Teach you how to calm your nervous system when it’s wired and tired

• Slow your thoughts so you’re not lying awake replaying everything at night

• Help you speak honestly without guilt

• Give you practical tools you can use in real life

• Remember who you are underneath all the noise
