At Hot Yoga Newry, although we are a "Hot" studio we offer a variety of classes and many are at room temperature from kids yoga, pregnancy yoga to the traditional hot Bikram Hatha yoga. We truly believe that if you do the best you can (however much or little that may be) that you will receive the benefits. Whatever your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any at all), this yoga will benefit your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible.

Our Story

Hot Yoga Newry is a purpose built hot yoga studio located in the WIN Business Park. Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates is for EVERYONE. Whatever your age, whether you are a hard core athlete, recovering from an injury or simply easing back into fitness. Every class is suitable for beginners, you do everything at your own pace, by coming to class you are going to be challenged but we empower you to listen to your body. You are your own best teacher. We always offer variations to the postures to enable you to move mindfully through the postures to increase your strength and stamina and gain the endorphin boast! You will leave feeling taller, leaner, lighter, stronger, more energized and more importantly feel calmer and more at ease.
