The Mothership Baby Hub is our own space, located at The Hydro Hub, Seale Hayne. It’s a beautiful calm and quiet venue, just perfect for baby massage! Easily accessible from Ashburton, Newton Abbot and Chudleigh.

The award winning classes are a chance to share a special time with your baby, meet other new parents, feel supported by a qualified Fourth Trimester Specialist and relax, whilst learning the art of baby massage and all its many benefits including;

🌸 the relief of colic
🌸 alleviating trapped wind
🌸 inducing restful sleep
🌸 relieving constipation
🌸 promoting healthy brain development
🌸 soothing teething pain
🌸 boosting the immune system
🌸 bonding with your baby
🌸 lowering the risk of postnatal depression

You will also learn some settling techniques, soothing holds, which oils are best and why and some simple baby yoga moves.

Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to active crawling at around 10 months.

Mats will be provided and throughly sanitised before and after the session.

The course includes;

• your own bottle of coconut Massage Oil
• a PDF showing all the strokes
• certificate on competition

Classes are friendly and non-judgemental. A calm and safe space for you to meet other new parents and enjoy some special time with your new baby whilst learning a whole body massage routine, as well as techniques to soothe and settle.
