EXCITING UPDATE…

Aside from being one substantial step closer to securing a premises for my menopause and perimenopause coaching (which will be in the Barnstaple area!), I’ve also decided to offer a PMS and PMDD coaching and support service as well as an online weight loss and maintenance group for midlife women who are struggling to lose and achieve a healthy weight during the menopause and perimenopause!

Although I have numerous qualifications in health and nutrition in particular (and have previously specialised in women’s weight loss and the psychology of eating), I’ve also lost over 11 stone myself which means that I know exactly what we need to do in order to lose weight in a safe, sensible and sustainable way (which starts with ditching the dieting mindset!).

I will be sharing more details about all of the above very soon, but in the meantime, I would like to thank you all for your support so far. I’ve been blown away by the amount of interest I’ve received regarding my upcoming services and I can’t wait to officially launch something that I feel is desperately needed in our area.
