A Message from Dr McLean:

After six fulfilling years at Kingsteignton Medical Practice, I have made the bittersweet decision to leave the practice, & the UK, as an opportunity has arisen for me to work as a GP in Tasmania, Australia. This move will allow me to be near family, & will hopefully provide me with a more sustainable work life balance.

My last day at Kingsteignton will be Tuesday 31st of March, 2026.

While I will miss both patients and staff, I am confident that you will continue to receive exceptional care from the fabulous team at Kingsteignton. Thank you for the wonderful memories and support throughout the years.

Navigating the Menopause: Your complete wellbeing workshop

Join us for a supportive, informative workshop designed to help you understand and feel more confident about the menopause and the changes it brings.

Menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes lonely. Hot flushes, poor sleep, low mood, weight changes, brain fog..it’s a lot to navigate on your own.

We are excited to announce that we will be running another set of FREE menopause workshops, providing a safe, supportive space to:

✨Understand what’s happening in your body
✨Learn practical ways to manage symptoms
✨Explore nutrition, movement, sleep and stress
✨Ask questions without judgement
✨Connect with others going through the same thing

You don’t have to “just put up with it”. There are things that can help.
