Craniosacral therapy is an unusually gentle and relaxing physical therapy that helps to release both subtle and deep rooted tensions stored in our fascia: the connective tissue that literally holds us together and has a significant effect on how we feel. Upledger Craniosacral therapy was discovered by an osteopath in the middle of the last century, and now taught in 50 countries around the world. It is a cloths-on therapy. Typically clients come for help with assorted musculoskeletal issues (especially back, neck & head), nerve issues including sciatica, headaches, stress, sleep problems, emotional issues, and for deep relaxation and increased well-being.
The Wellness Rooms in Newton Abbot is now closed, and now I just work from Follaton on the outskirts of Totnes. I charge £50 for a treatment.
