Truly wonderful news coming from pharmaceutical company UniQure today about a new treatment that slows progression of Huntington’s disease by around 75%! This has been described as a significant breakthrough in treatment for Huntington’s disease.

Happy Fathers Day to my amazing Dad! 75 years young and has worked every day for the last 5 weeks to get our clinic up and running and all for nothing more than biscuits. The true spirit of our business and I am so proud and thankful for him. ###

Well our stepathoners smashed their target and managed an impressive 105,112 steps over November. We are extending our campaign for a few weeks as one of clients is very generously offering pencil sketches of pets in return for donations to the campaign. Just donate (link in posts below) and message him on mattajquinn@gmail.com with a good quality photo and he will draw an A6 sketch on a card. See below for the ones he has done for us!
Thank you as always to everyone who is supporting us- the premises search continues but we are motivated by all of you!

We are coming to the end of our November stepathon challenge and our clients are due to smash the 80000 step target. However, We desperately need more donations to help us keep the service open- things are looking pretty bleak for affordable options so every penny someone donates could help make the difference. As a not for profit everything we make goes back into the service and all the staff work above and beyond their paid hours. We have survived Covid measures, critical illness, it would be so heart breaking to have to close because we couldn’t afford to move premises. Those who use our services know how vital they are when NHS provision has ended. I’m not one to beg generally but we are in a situation where we need all the help we can get.
