Our Story
Myself (James) and my Wife Jessica set up this company last year as we are extremely passionate about care work and supporting individuals that have additional social and care needs. I have worked in care for over 10 years, Jessica has completed a social work degree and worked in the health and social care industry for 7 years. Jessica’s motivation for providing outstanding care in individuals homes and the community stems from supporting her Auntie who had severe additional needs. Sadly she passed away several years ago, and Jessica wanted to join me in this Venture in memory of her Auntie, to ensure that all individuals with additional needs, are getting the care and support that they deserve. We are called YourChoice Devon Ltd as we want all individuals to have a choice in their care and support, and to have their voices heard, as they matter! We would also like to be Your Choice for an employer, and would like to hear from anyone that would like to join our growing team. We are a family run, growing business built from our passion for this industry and determination to provide high quality care and support to all individuals within our service.
