Holly is a Personal Trainer, Detox Expert and Lifestyle Coach working with individuals and groups on her Breathe Detox retreats for more than 12 years. She began channelling the Awakening Medicine 21 day programme, almost 10 years ago – and it’s still very much a work in progress | process, with regular UP grades and NEW ways, being downloaded ALL the time! She create a space for people to unwind and let go of what no longer serves them - oxidative stress & toxicity, physical stress & tension, emotional issues and accumulative debris in the colon. These various "holding patterns" (and many more) essentially keep us "stuck" and hold us back. Through practical techniques, practices and re-education of the body mind heart spirit, we can begin to see where and how we "hold on" to stress and therefore, how to begin "letting go". Stress is held within us on many different levels including (but not exclusive to) the physical, structural, cellular and biochemical. The very nature of DETOX is letting go - softening and opening the structure of the cells, to release free radicals, hydrate and oxygenate. Health and feelings of well-being, are all about the internal environment. Dis-ease cannot exist within a well hydrated and oxygenated, free moving environment.

Hooray for the Rising Sun ☀️

And what a difference a day makes 🙏

After a good night's sleep (finally) I feel like I'm back in the Land of the Living

Walking into day break
Sitting in the stillness of winter
Drinking morning dew

[That last one was a mistake - when you ONLY drink pure water 💧 you know heavy metal chemtrails when you injest them - ugh!]

The truth of the SON ☀️ that rises again in 3 days

We aren't quite there yet

But as this is the day that we celebrate

Let's go!

Deeper into the darkness and the stillness to see what needs to be seen in order to be released

The Gentle Breath:

This breathing technique is great to employ any time and many times throughout your day

It's totally inconspicuous and helps to regulate your nervous system very quickly

Try using it when your driving or travelling in a bus or train, studying or in your creativity and even sitting in meditation itself

Breathing in snd out through the nose
Breathing so QUIET you can't hear it

The best time to employ nervous system reset techniques is BEFORE you get triggered

Add one or more of these techniques to your daily practice and see how quickly to simply begin to RESPOND to life and other people
