Prepping and planning = consistency especially with your macros I cooked a sausage gumbo (casserole) yesterday ready to pop in the oven today as I work till 6.

Meaning I get a home cooked dinner full of veggies and fibre its warming and comforting for a crappy ole day and i can eat what i need instead of grabbing fish n chips from the freezer which yes would be more convenient but alot less beneficial.

A full day of great work from everybody!
Macro chats n checks with laura, a v good 1st session for H, impressed!, some shoulder stability for E, core n oblique focus for K and Shirley had bands n ankle weights for lower work today. Nicely done. Xx

A very good solid session from G this afternoon and her first try at tabatas for cardio. Great work output today. Left abit jelly like.

Another full day started with beasting hariet God this woman works hard.
Literally goes for it. So far in a year we are 22kg down bfat down 12% muscle mass, water on the up and bmi down 9%... she looks and feels amazing and can do so much more in her sessions because of it.

My family of 4 are doing great, the kids confidence to try things and keep trying till they get it right is unwavering. Mum n grandma also progressing on their exercises nicely.

Shirley getting stronger so much so 2 of her exercises today she got at least 4 or more extra reps on and is flying past where she got to last time with me in a much shorter time.

And carine is really working hard to push herself completely out of her comfort zone making progress even if she doesn't see it yet. Def stronger than she thinks and she has a plan. She's even enjoying sessions when she didn't think she would and that for me is a win.

Super, super proud of all my clients. Xx

Good start from Eme today on her 1st session, going through some basic movement patterns and started with managing 15 mins on the rower. Nice.

Shirley smashing her triceps session like Christmas break hasn't even happened and krys working really hard and back on track with accountability and tracking.

Fab effort from all.

Julia came back just as strong as pre Christmas yesterday, pushed herself, hardcore Great work.

Laura had a full body blast as we are on wedding countdown now and had a few exercises that challenged to overload

Annnd carla pushed herself on her 100m row sprints and progressed via rep or weight on all of yesterday's plan. Nice.

Hayley did really well in her fit test session today ending with a 1.01 plank as her baseline. Excited to see where this one goes.

Eme next for her first session followed by shirley and krys later and a pt consult this eve.

Great start to the new year ladies! Bring it on! X

Just a polite reminder.... if you have any coughs, colds or stomach bugs please kindly cancel your session until you are well!

While you may feel ok It can be contraindictive to your progress, health and effectiveness aswell as being passed on to myself and or any of my other clients, some of whom are immunosuppressed.

My clients welfare as well as my own is paramount!

Consistency wins every time!
9 inches down, bmi, bf down muscle mass n water up since November.

My lady is flying.
Coping so much better with cardio too. Great start to 1st session of the new year back. Boom

Another day yesterday doing the 12 days workout and a new time of 40 mins!! Best time of the week.

Another 4lb down with 5.5 inches lost for the same gal. What a way to end the year!

Great work, progressions and confidence building from my ladies this year and I am so proud of all of you.

This year's now a wrap and im officially on Christmas holidays. 🎄 🎅

Wishing all past, present and future clients a wonderful end to the year and I look forward to seeing you on your journey through 2026 x

Christmas workout has gone down well today! .

12 exercises done as exercise 1, 1 rep
exercise 2, 2 reps plus exercise 1
Exercise 3, 3 reps plus exercise 2 plus 1 and so on all the way upto 12..making sure all had different weight sizes with progressions to still keep sessions personalised.....safe to say my ladies didn't stop, powered through and got it done, done done!!

Impressive times of 45 and 41 minutes completed except that meant they still had time in their session so finished with a core blast n post stretch.

Great work

A slightly modified version tomorrow for my group which will be 12 reps of 12 exercises and the rest of this week's sessions are as above.

Everyone today has hit a major progress.

Oscar managed a bosu superman,

Eli 12 yrs managed a 7 min 16 sec wall sit! Thats insane and has taken the top spot on my leaderboard for that exercise surpassing claires 6 mins. ,
shirley went up a weight on leg ext, I put rep range at 4-6 she smashed out 10.

And last but not least carine survived her 1st session smashing out all her exercises with the help of calling me most of the names under the sun.
