Hi, my name is Anna. I have worked in elderly care for 5 years alongside being a self-employed cleaner, after having my family. I then transitioned into my personal assistant role at Guardian Angels. Since starting here, I have had service users compliment me on my calming and kind nature. In this role I feel appreciated and happy during my work day. My name is Ali. I have worked within Health and Social Care for 37 years. I was a registered learning disability nurse. However, my experience has also included working with teenagers, supporting people with mental health conditions and supporting older people.
I am now a self employed Personal Assistant.
I am absolutely loving my role working alongside Guardian Angels. I find immense satisfaction supporting people to remain independent within their own homes. The range of services Guardian Angels offers is tailored to each service user's unique needs and preferences, ensuring a person centred approach.

Enabling is a word which covers a wide range of services. It can be helping someone to carry out their daily living tasks, access the shops, their community, health appointments, leisure activities or nature. Today one of our gentlemen wanted to visit Newton Abbot Museum. It's well worth a visit and has accessible access and facilities alongside friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. We'll definitely be returning for another visit.
