This month, try adding 1–2 servings of green vegetables each day. Greens like spinach, broccoli, kale and green beans are full of vitamins, minerals and fibre to support your wellbeing.

Templer Wellbeing are hosting a FREE Veterans & Armed Forces support event on Wednesday 11th March 2026, 10:30am–12:30pm at The Courtenay Centre, Newton Abbot.

This drop-in session is open to veterans, serving personnel and families, with a range of organisations attending to offer advice, guidance and support, all in one place.
