💻☕ Helping people feel more confident with technology

We’ve been out in the community recently running our Digital Drop-In sessions, helping people get to grips with phones, tablets and laptops in a relaxed setting.

Whether it’s learning how to send emails, using apps, or understanding how to stay safe online, we’re always happy to help. Technology moves quickly and it’s easy to feel left behind — sometimes all it takes is someone sitting down with you and showing you how it works.

These sessions can take place anywhere in the community – local cafés, businesses, care homes or community groups.
It’s just one of the ways we like to give back and support people beyond the care we provide in the home.

As we age, maintaining a balanced diet becomes essential for:
