Sisters Of Support Sisters of Support are a peer support group for women struggling with mental health or are simply looking to make more friends.

Currently groups are located in Newton Aycliffe, Shildon and bishop auckland ❤️

🎶 Hey ladies! 💜
Our Sisters of Support Choir is open to all women 18+ — and it’s totally free! Come along for a fun evening of singing, laughter, and connection. Monday the 17th of November and fortnightly after then-7pm-9pm at the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints on shafto way in newton Aycliffe 🗣️

You can use the rear car park entrance to come into building, as front entrance on corner of Auckland place will be locked. People can also use the car park to the rear of building, to park their car.

We ask kindly if you could bring a list of 5 happy, feel-good songs that you love — we can’t wait to share some joy through music with you! 🎤💫
