It's taken me 2 1/2 years to build my practice up to the successful point it is now.

It has been hard fought for through studying and the sacrifices I have made.

Still continuing as I near the end of my MA in Wild Psychotherapy in June 2026.

Is it worth it? Absolutely 100%

It truly is a privilege to share a space where beautiful souls are able to open up, to be heard, and seen.

Oftentimes I am told it is the first time this has happened for them in their life.

Thank you to all of my past & present clients for trusting me with your deepest thoughts, feelings and emotions.

I am honoured.

It does however bring a sense of peace you didn't realise you needed.

It doesn't mean it is allowing them to "win"

But it does allow YOU freedom within.

Talking through your emotions, thoughts and feelings can help towards forgiveness.

Do you sometimes shock yourself with your response to situations or people?

Do you sometimes feel like you don't recognise yourself?

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed with emotions and go into shutdown?

Your nervous system may be on hyper alert due to childhood trauma.

Talking it through and making sense of the trauma can help you heal.

This will lessen the nervous system response.

You deserve that understanding and healing.

✨️It's not always easy looking out for yourself, especially when you've learned from a young age to be a people pleaser.

✨️Learning to put yourself first begins with small steps, if you don't fancy that coffee date or party, don't do it.

✨️Take time to do something you want to and something you enjoy.

✨️ Treat yourself with the care and compassion that you give to others.

✨️It will feel a bit strange at first, but it will also start to get easier the more you do it.
