A wee morning of kitchen witchery making winter wellness potions

I usually forage for elderberries but just didn’t manage to this autumn so I ordered dried organic ones instead.

Bubbled them up with cloves, cinnamon, star anise, fresh ginger, a squeeze of orange juice, golden castor sugar & organic honey. Three wee clockwise stirs to draw in the intention of health over winter - Bibbity Bibbity Boo 💫

A wee teaspoon a day to keep colds & flu at bay ! It tastes deeeelocious & my home smells like Yule 🌲

I used the remaining ginger to blitz up some ginger shots with tumeric, black pepper & orange.

Take that germs ! Yer banished !!!
