Saturday Stretch 🤤 (one to try tomorrow)
This is one you can try at home…
Upper traps stretch: Gently pull with one hand your head to one side by bringing your ear towards your shoulder. To create a bigger stretch place your other hand on the opposite shoulder and gently pull the shoulder towards the floor.
Hold for 20-30seconds and repeat 3-5 times
This is a great stretch for those of you who work from a desk using laptop/phone a lot🧑🏽💻📱or if you have any tightness in your upper traps
