Today’s patient: a runner/gym goer with a rebellious lower back.

Sure, I could just massage the sore spot, release the glutes, throw in some cupping, and send her off feeling like a new human… until her next run, when her back pipes up again: “Guess who’s back, back again?” 🤦‍♂️

But here’s the twist: treating symptoms is easy. Anyone can rub a sore muscle.
