It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr John Moorhouse, a much loved Husband, father and grandfather, who sadly passed away on Wednesday 25th February.

John will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, warmth and presence will remain in the hearts of those he touched.

At Merrony & Kynaston Funeral Directors, supporting our community is something very important to us. 💙

Today we’re proud to share a fundraiser for Wigan SFA Girls U12, a fantastic team that includes the daughter of our Funeral Service Specialist, Lisa.

The girls are heading to Scotland this May for their third football tour of the season ⚽ and are currently raising funds to help cover travel, accommodation and other tour costs. All funds raised will go directly to the girls and helping make this an unforgettable experience for them.
