Please watch and share this excellent video between two caring and observant doctors in discussing prevention and help.
This is sadly lacking from the government and mainstream press. Especially shocking when clearly stated that the vx does not prevent or stop transmission. Therefore, more reason to understand the importance of boosting the immune system with vitamin D.

A joyful day in being able to resume Reflexology treatments this week ❤

Hurrah - this is the first time that Reflexology has been acknowledged in Government Documentation :)
Hopefully the next Welsh announcement on 12th March will outline the date when I can resume Reflexology.
