I have some news 🙊

As from 20th November I’ll be introducing

✨Facial Gua Sha Mastery- Stone Medicine with the ancient Daoist tradition of Stone Medicine✨

And who knows about crystals 🙋🏻‍♀️🙊

Giving deeper and profound meaning to the Gua Sha and its application for both health and healing. As the face holds emotions, every line and marking on the face actually has a deeper meaning. Using specific crystals that can emit FAR infra-red which benefits the skin conditions but also can improve vessel structure and function in the eyes and brain.

This Gua Sha mastery - stone medicine will also include lift and sculpt for the face, neck and decollate that will help the energetic flow of the chakras and a lift sculptural massage. Think of it as a facial and spiritual lift and sculpt☺️

My first part case study, my auntie Pat. Everything on here and pictures I had permission from Pat and spoke to my cousins, case studies can be anonymous and something I won’t be posting all the time as I got a fair few case studies to go through from 17th onwards ☺️.
As Pat said ‘it’s fine it shows the reality of it’.

In January 2021, Pat was diagnosed with Myaloma cancer (blood cancer).
She had to have a stem cell transplant to renew her blood. She had a tumour on her back which broke a part of her spine.
Pat had radiotherapy to shrink the tumour and lost all her hair.

She has been in remission for around 3.5 years, medication for life, back ache, hip pain and blood tests every 3 months.

Reflexology soon warmed her cold feet up getting the circulation going. There were tender parts of the feet all linked to parts of her body she struggles with. Such as her spine. Her lymph nodes were a bit swollen telling from the one of the zones areas. Gentle care was taken to stimulate these reflexes to encourage the flow of lymphatic fluid away from swollen areas, which can help reduce fluid buildup and discomfort.

As soon as I started with the zones of the feet, my auntie felt relaxed.
It was also about supporting the nervous system, to reduce stress and worries and to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which shifts the body to rest and digest mode ❤️

✨Exciting news! ✨

From January 2026, Nelly’s Crystals and Wellness will have a permanent home at The Beauty Hub, 5 Market Street, Newtown 💕

My beautiful new space - tucked away on the top floor at the back of the building, has been designed to be calm, inclusive, and perfect for Healing Sessions and Holistic Therapies.

A stuff of dreams. Things like this feels extraordinary when you’ve come from humble beginnings just surviving life rather than living it. Excited, nervous, taking that leap of faith that what I can provide and share will help others 🙌

Nelly’s Crystals and Wellness will be a toolbox of Healing methods and Holistic treatments to support the body, mind and soul.

A special thank you to Jodie May Evans for the already beautiful room, I can’t believe it will be my space and my clients and make it a Crystal Palace 😅 who ironically was there at the beginning of my journey- it’s like a cherry on top of a cake☺️

Stressed and feeling a burn out. Blockages more on the top chakras for both that were effecting other chakras. More brow chakra, mental blockage and fog. Accupressure points can help unblock energy so there is better flow going throughout and both found this very beneficial and both felt the release of tension.

The crystals absorbed so much of that heaviness that they were very warm after, it’s essential to always cleanse your crystals after use so they are fresh and vibrant for the next client ☺️

Rejuvenation Therapy is now available 🙉

The stresses and strains of life can take its toll on the body and its energy flow.
It can cause tension and aches to build up all over the body including the face. There is also the other factors such as environment, diet, medication, etc. that can also lead to energy disruptions which can affect the appearance of the skin.

The use of specific massage techniques accessing reflexology/acupressure points can help stimulate blocked energy encouraging natural flow and restoring balance, helping to improve the condition of the skin, reviving and bringing about a more youthful glow.

The use of repetitive techniques helps to ease lines and wrinkles helping to stimulate underlying muscles and tissue, increasing blood flow and aiding lymphatic drainage. Increasing the suppleness and flexibility of the connective tissues.

Hello!

As from November 17th I will be starting Reflexology treatments! I’ll be all set for the treatments as case studies.

When it comes to the Diploma Level 3 in Reflexology, the reason I started the training was to help combat stress, anxieties, and support the nervous system.

One close to my heart, for people with Stress and Cancer to help reduce stress, anxiety and pain.

I’ll be posting next month of the dates I’ll be available for Reflexology, any queries or bookings please message me on messenger.

As from 19th October I will be offering one free Rejuvenation Therapy session to 3 clients and then 9 sessions at just £15 each.

This can be one client having repeated sessions - there’s no limit of the offer for each client just as long as the sessions are filled.

Even though I would have trained in both practical with clients and theory work, and meeting with my tutor therapist with 20 years of experience, no short cuts, I will want to continue gradually building my experience in Rejuvenation Therapy.

Lapis Luzuli 🙌

A stone that can be used for aiding sadness and can bring a deep self knowing and reveals inner truth. It brings qualities of compassion, honesty and truthfulness to the forefront. Lapis lazuli helps us confront truth wherever we find it and aids thought and clarity and encourages us to use our mind for creativity.

All clients have experienced the effect of lapis luzuli, it is usually for throat chakra but I tend to use it more for brow/third eye chakra, myself and others have felt a calming effect when placed on that chakra (the smaller sizes) these are the larger stones I place one each side of the throat chakra at times to help clients with expression/communication or placed by the bed for a relaxing atmosphere ✨

Plus I love the name.. Lapis Luzuli ☺️
