Is so so happy to be back at Eden doing what I love😁💚👣☄🌈 after a 5 wk absence due to several of my close family members suffering crises with very poor health.
Thankfully, things have improved & I just want to say a big huge THANK YOU🙏to all of my dearest family& friends for all of their loving support.
And to all of my dear friends at Eden especially Niamh Cullen Massage and Reflexology Specialist & to all of my precious clients for their loyalty, kindness, patience & understanding during what has been a very difficult and stressful time.

Hello 👋 to all my lovely & very loyal AHR followers🌈,

Thank you so much for sticking with me throughout the whole of 2022 without a single post!! 🙈
Unfortunately, it's been an unrelentingly difficult & challenging time for me personally.. mainly due to my own & close family's ongoing chronic health issues. But as the saying goes what doesn't kill you makes you stronger & what I've leamed most, is the importance of the "attitude" that I bring to whatever life throws at me. It can either help or hinder my struggle & it defo makes for an easier journey when my focus is one of "gratitude" & staying hopeful no matter what the circumstances.

So here's to a much brighter & joyous 2023 😁.
