Laura is a Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, Musician and Singer who facilitates sound baths, rhythmic work, and drum-based practices for healing, presence and reconnection. She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher, Sacred Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and IPHM Accredited Training Provider with her Soul Harmony Academy.

Through the therapeutic use of pure tone instruments — including crystal bowls, chimes, drum and voice — Laura creates immersive sound experiences that guide the body into deep rest, clarity and repair. As we gather at Drumalis for Pause in Season, Laura will hold sacred sound baths and guided meditative practices to support the natural transition of the season — a space to breathe, reflect and gently realign with your inner rhythm.

Sound baths offer profound benefits on every level: they support stress release, improve sleep, calm the mind, relieve tension held in the body, and open pathways for emotional clearing and intuitive insight. Many experience a reset — a returning home to self.

Mindfulness walk around the Wall Garden, followed by creating a beautiful autumn wall hanging.
A peaceful morning full of nature, colour, and creativity.

Get festive with us as we make needle felted Christmas Robins to take home and decorate!

We’re so grateful to the clubs, groups, and individuals who helped prepare this beautiful space — your hard work, creativity, and care have truly brought it to life.This garden will continue to grow as a space for ongoing work, therapeutic interventions, workshops, and volunteering days — a safe, nurturing place for reflection, connection, and healing.And a very special thank you to Drumalis Retreat for everything you’ve done to support this project. Training “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes”

We’re pleased to share details of an important coercive control awareness and response training programme taking place in Northern Ireland.

Developed by The Executive Office (TEO) Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy team in partnership with Ulster University (UU), this initiative helps participants understand the dynamics of coercive control and how to recognise and respond safely and effectively.
