Last Thursday we had a lovely afternoon getting to know the ladies at Carrickfergus Community Forum.
As an introductory session, the group explored what would be helpful when discussing mental health, followed by a gentle breathwork and relaxation session. They also enjoyed being introduced to working with clay — a lovely, creative way to connect and unwind.

Larne & Carrickfergus Neighbourhood Policing Team were delighted to be invited to Drumalis retreat in Larne last week.

It was a great opportunity to meet with the Director, Brian McKee and team to learn about the services they provide as well as the background to this incredible historical location.

Officers also had the opportunity to speak with members of Extern and learn of the remarkable work they are doing with regards to outdoor space revitalisation on the grounds.

Engagements like this are an important part of Neighbourhood Policing, helping us build strong relationships and work together to keep our community safe.

Thank you to everyone at Drumalis for the warm welcome and for taking the time to speak with us.
