Breakfit is more than just a gym and fitness club, it’s a community.
Until we’re all able to meet together again as a team we’ll be sending out a format every weekfor you to follow at home to maintain your fitness level. This will be changed on a weekly basis and can be done with minimal or no equipment. It would be suggested this would be done with a friend or partner to help encourage and motivate you (but please keep 2 metres apart & no high-fiving after you complete the circuit 😂). As shown, complete this work out 3-5 times (approximately 20-30 mins) and try to do a minimum of 2 times, but ideally 3 times this week.
