Another brilliant evening in the Houben Centre for our Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop.
Once again, over 50 people came together to experience mindfulness meditation and learn practical strategies to strengthen their mental wellbeing. The energy in the room was powerful — people taking time out for themselves, supporting one another, and building real skills they can use every day.
We’re back this Wednesday 4th March at 6:45pm.
