Another brilliant evening in the Houben Centre for our Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop.

Once again, over 50 people came together to experience mindfulness meditation and learn practical strategies to strengthen their mental wellbeing. The energy in the room was powerful — people taking time out for themselves, supporting one another, and building real skills they can use every day.

We’re back this Wednesday 4th March at 6:45pm.

If you’d like to join us, you’re very welcome. Come along, take a breath, and invest in yourself.

What a great night!

Over 50 people joined us last Wednesday for our Mindfulness & Wellbeing Evening a powerful, calm and uplifting space to pause, breathe and reset.

Missed it? No problem.

We’re back again this Wednesday 25th at 7pm sharp.

You are more than welcome to join us. Come along, take time for yourself, and connect with a supportive community focused on positive mental health.

7-8:30pm for 6 weeks
Houben Centre, 432 Crumlin Road, Holy Cross.

Join us in a relaxed atmosphere with tea, coffee and scones for our
Mind, Body & Soul, Positive Mental health program.
This Wellbeing program is designed to help you feel calmer stronger and more balanced in everyday life.

The program will include:

Mindfulness guided meditation
Auricular (ear) Acupuncture
EFT tapping techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety.
Holistic wellbeing practices
Su***de prevention and mental health awareness training.

You will have the opportunity to build self awareness resilience and confidence by connecting with others.
No prior experience is needed just a willingness to invest in your own Wellbeing. Take time for yourself. Learn skills that last.
Connect, grow, and strengthen your mind, body and soul.

November is Men’s Health Month, a time to highlight all aspects of men’s wellbeing with a special focus on mental health.

To night, we’re shining a light on the unique challenges men face and encouraging more open, supportive conversations.

This evening I was honoured to shared my personal story and offered valuable insights on recognising when someone is struggling, practical coping strategies, and where to find help.

This informal conversation aims to break down stigma and remind every man that asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness.
