Folks back to the start of another school year..How did that summer go so fast!! It also means....my books are now open again for appointments, I have availability week days & Thursday evening...while the kids head back to school..it may give some mummies a chance for some much needed self care & relaxation and Reiki is just the thing that can hold that space for you, it has so many benefits...

Show up everyday for YOU, you deserve to be happy, Forgive yourself..none of us are perfect we all make mistakes, all we can do is learn and do better next time, take time for yourself, you can't pore from an empty cup, it is not selfish to take time out, be proud of yourself, life can be hard sometimes, it's challenging being a mum, a wife, a friend, sister/brother sometimes,working everyday, everything going on in the rest of the world🙈and everything else life throws are way, lets not make it harder on ourselves by thinking badly of ourselves in our own heads, Let's be kind to ourselves instead and to other people, you deserve to be happy🥰🥰🥰

Morning everyone, I've been quiet on here lately as I've been knee Deep in coursework 🥴🥴🥴🥴 so folks, have you ever had Reiki done before? If not, why? Hey Folks, thank you for your messages & texts, just to confirm I'm starting back with appointments from Monday 9th January, I've only 1 appointment left that week for the Friday....I'm starting taking appointments on Thursday nights (this is the only evening appointments i offer) going forward aswell but as alot of people have asked for this to be facilitated they will book up quick.
