I pride myself on my exceptional unique Bespoke sensory Ultimate Feel Good Facial and Massage Therapy experience, and excellence in customer care. I also delight in the Holistic Approach to support each client's journey to optimise, healing, health and wellness. Additionally, I offer free consultations, expert advice, complementary treatment plan, nutrition & weight loss advice... Inspirational and professional tips that help boost confidence, promote good self esteem, for a more beautiful, healthier, well you! This Ultimate Feel Good Therapy relaxes the mind, renews the body and revives the soul and more! This feeling of well-being has a ripple effect, touching every aspect of our life's and ignites passion for everything life has to offer us. My passion and goal as a therapist is and always has been, (long before it was popular) to give the gift of well-being, using my unique, diverse holistic approach, and my Ultimate Feel Good Facial & Massage Therapy... I hope my therapy will inspire and help clients overcome their health and beauty challenges long term. Because for me, feeling good and looking good is more than a quick fix! It's not just enough to give clients a solution or fix for a day, it's about empowering the client through feeling (Feel Good) Whether that be an uplifting feeling of joy, hope, peace, love, kindness, compassion, encouragement, and off course equipping the client with the right tools, knowledge, treatment, product, holistic care plan etc; to achieve their goal(s) for ultimate health and wellness for the rest of their life. For me your "health is your wealth" and your most precious, priceless, possession. I believe, health investment in looking good and feeling good starts from within. Which is why healthy eating and proper quality sleep are considered to be just as important as the use of natural skin care products in your daily skin care regimes. I believe true well-being occurs when all aspects of your body, mind, emotions and spirit are all aligned in harmony. Additionally, when we feel healthy and well, from within, we glow with confidence from the inside out. We are energised, revitalised and feel more mentally alert. Wellness definitely makes us feel good and when we feel good, we look good. That feel good vibe gives us hope, encouragement, inspires us to be the best version of ourselves. This valuable insight has come from a wealth of knowledge, experience, skills acquired, in my practice career roles in the Beauty, Hospitality, Health and Social Service Environment. Where I have experienced it first hand as a therapist, and in my role, as a Mental Health Nurse. There I acquired skills in patient assessment, gained a solid foundation in providing holistic care that focuses on all aspects of a person's health. By using Aromatherapy as an alternative in enhancing the feel good... I greatly helped, clinically depressed, patients overcome their challenges in their journey to wellness. I found this hugely rewarding, and inspiring... having helped them regain that inner lust for life.
