💥What a difference a year can make💥

❤️ I just had to share this (with permission of course) …….

Rachel joined my Slimming World group in the 1st week of January last year, and just in time for Christmas she has lost an incredible 6½ stone!

Even more awe-inspiringly, Rachel achieved her ½ stone award in week 3 and then her stone award the following week!! 🙌

She didn’t do anything extreme - she just kept showing up (even during the tough weeks) took the support and made changes to create a healthier lifestyle that worked for her day-to-day life with a young family. To say I’m proud of her is an understatement ❤️

Think it’s impossible to lose weight during the Christmas period? Just look at how my inspiring members have proven just how achievable it really is ❤️🙌

Not only did one member achieve an amazing ½ stone loss in their first 4 weeks during a busy festive season full of celebrations, but we also had two members achieve their personal achievement target, just in time to start 2026 on an incredible high ❤️

Anything is possible when you’ve got a plan in place & you put your mind to it ❤️
