Our beautiful Natasha from Lisburn, who I had the pleasure of meeting at the Slimming World awards in Birmingham back in November. She’s such an inspiration ❤️

Natasha Stewart lost nine stone in just two-and-a-half years after realising she wanted to change her life.

“I was overweight my entire life, and I pretty much yo-yo dieted from I was 12, 13,” says the Lisburn woman.

“I was always uncomfortable with my weight and my size, and always very aware of it. It was always in my head."

In January 2023, Natasha had a moment of realisation.

“I was just sitting on the sofa. I’d just had a big chippy and a bag of sweets, and I decided that enough was enough."
