Apple cinnamon 'cake' for breakfast today.
40g oats, 1 egg, 100g fat free Greek yoghurt (or ff yoghurt of choice), 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp sweetener (optional), 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more if you love cinnamon lol!!), 1/2 an eating apple peeled and chopped, a drizzle of vanilla essence (optional).
Mix well, spray an oven proof dish with frylight, stick it on airfryer 160 for about 15 mins.
Toppings - I used more ff Greek yoghurt, more apple, some blueberries and more cinnamon!
Perfect for a chilly fri 😋
