We’re looking at launching a gym-based fitness class for mums & dads, where you train while your little ones play safely nearby.

🕘 Mornings after school drop-off

⏰ Possible times: 9.30am or 10am

✔ May feel uncomfortable in places — but always effective
✔ Helps reduce pain, improve movement & speed up recovery

Mild soreness after your first session is normal and usually settles within 24–48 hours.

I’m the kind of PT who’ll push you when you need it, explain why you’re doing something (without the boring lecture), and keep things relaxed and approachable along the way.

I’m also qualified in sports massage, injury management, and rehabilitation, so training with me isn’t just about working hard, it’s about moving well, staying pain-free, and building strength that actually carries over into real life.
