Cervical screening can determine whether you have human papillomavirus (HPV) and changes in your cells that could go on to develop into cancer if left untreated. If you are aged between 25 and 64 it's important to book and attend for screening when invited.

If at any time you feel something isn't right, don’t wait, contact your GP.

Visit www.pha.site/cervicalscreening for more info.

Pharmacists are qualified to give advice about different health matters, including minor illnesses, so consider speaking to a pharmacist before going to your GP.

It usually takes about two weeks for a vaccine to become effective, so if you’re eligible take up the offer without delay.
