Essential Homecare Services Our services include a digital recording platform allowing loved ones of service users to keep up to date on day-to-day service provision.

Established back in 1997, we have evolved our services and embedded our core values, of; care, respect and passion, always aiming to be the care provider of choice to our service users. We have recently begun a period of expansion expanding our services to the Bangor district, this has included employment provision which is excellent news for the local economy. With this expansion we maintain a personal approach to the delivery of our services and have seen enhancements in digitisation with online training portal development, and website updates. Our staff are the heart of our business and are currently going through a series of continuous personal development opportunities to ensure the best transfer of knowledge and quality of provision, including their development in vocational training such as health and social care, and leadership and management in health and social care services. As we continue to grow in more areas, we aim to continue the delivery of our current service and diversify to support the needs of our community e.g., health and wellbeing support, dementia buddy respite service expansion and a variety of domestic service packages.
