10 am - 5pm

✨ Simple bodywork techniques
✨ Minimal equipment
✨ Great for easing muscular tension but also calming the nervous system and reducing sensory overwhelm
✨ Cloth work, floor techniques, chair techniques
✨ Shoulders, neck, head, back, hips and face

No experience required. Just curiosity and willingness to learn how to listen to the body.

A long time ago at a party, a friend said to me: “the truth is that everyone here is a little bit in love with you”. It’s probably been over 15 years, and I live an ocean away from those friends, but tbh that still makes me smile 😌

So… tell people nice things whenever you can. They might need those words for a rainy day.

Spoiler alert, I too tend to be a little bit in love with my friends… sometimes not so low-key 🤪
