This week, Catapult Services Ltd were proud to deliver a FREC3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3) course to a team working within a high-risk industry in North London.
While the core FREC3 syllabus provides essential lifesaving knowledge and skills, we took things a step further by tailoring elements of the training to reflect the specific risks and challenges of the client’s working environment.
The course was delivered by our brilliant paramedics and healthcare professionals, bringing real-world frontline knowledge into the classroom — ensuring delegates benefit from practical insight, not just textbook learning.
From scenario-based learning to discussions around site-specific hazards, our approach ensured that delegates didn’t just learn the theory — they gained practical, relevant skills they can confidently apply in real emergencies.
