Unfortunately due to a high number of no shows and last minute cancellation moving forward all clients will need to sign a cancellation and refund policy.

Also a deposit to confirm your appointment will be required within 24hours.
(Bank transfer or cash deposit accepted)

Clients that have pre-booked appointments the new policies will start after your next appointment.

and are supporting this fundraiser to help raise money for children born with limb differences. The fundraiser is on the 4th December at the barnbow pub in Leeds. 1 month gym membership and cupping/massage treatment will be raffled at this event.

Donna came to me with a history of back pain that was affecting her hobbies, the gym and hiking. After the first session she was amazed at how she felt afterwards with it been her first sports massage. Donna stuck to the treatment plan and now I only treat Donna on a maintenance schedule as the back pain is no longer a daily issue.
