Our Liz, absolutely amazing journey so far ✨️
Her lowest weight for so many years ✨️
But Liz hasn't put her social life on hold, since joining us, she's been on holidays, nights out, family days out. She's changed her eatting habits, follows her plan and can still maintain her target weight. ✨️

Real consistency with Julie for her 1st 10 visit review 👏

Julie's journey has included much more motivation and been able to just get out of the house. No quitting after a gain, no “I’ll start again Monday”. Just consistency.

✨ 1.2% body fat down
✨ Water intake up
✨ 5.4 KG loss in weight
✨ 27 cm off her measurements
✨ Visceral fat 1% bad fats loss

But the biggest win?

Just completed her 62 miles cancer research challenge for January along side Maria Edwards another coach at Normanton Nutrition ( they actually did near on 80 miles ) All that walking and her own personal wellness plan have given her some fantastic results this month 💪
