✨ Yoga Nidra Evening ✨
We’d love for you to join us for a relaxing Yoga Nidra session – sometimes called “yogic sleep.” It’s a gentle guided meditation where you lie down, get cosy, and are led into a state between being awake and asleep. It’s deeply restful for the body and calming for the mind.
