Neale Court Care Home provides residential and dementia care for thirty people. Based in North Hykeham, the newly refurbished care home features an enclosed garden, entertainment suite, hair salon and homely lounge and dining areas. Varied activities are provided along with entertainment, regular outings and day trips. Our wellbeing team supports people to continue their interests and hobbies, including arts and crafts, singing, gardening and games.

We have four handmade advent calendars up for grabs in our raffle. The draw will take place at our coffee morning on the 26th November 2025. Tickets are on sale at reception, or see a member of the activities team for chance to win a truly unique gift. All proceeds go towards our residents comfort fund.

The residents have had a really fun filled day today. We started with several games of bingo, which is always a favourite. ❤️

Then the ladies from the Ark came for a church service and we met the veteran bear, who has found a home at Neale Court. Pat came up with his new name, he is now officially known as Colonel Edward Neale VC or when not on duty, Ted! 🧸

We had such fun wearing the different military hats and waving our flags, while singing land of hope and glory. 🇬🇧

To top it off, John and Andrea did a fabulous job of setting up and lighting the fireworks. Well done you two, a brilliant display. 🎇 and great photos from Vikki.

We had the pleasure of celebrating Pat’s birthday yesterday. 🎂 Pat had a lovely day surrounded by friends and family. The kitchen staff did a wonderful job with the cake.

It was lovely to see Pat so happy with her cards and presents. Pat is always so kind and generous, she enjoys playing bingo and regularly gives her prizes to other residents. She is a true star 🌟

💃Yesterday, the lovely Lucy came in to teach us all how to tap dance while sitting in our chairs. 💃

We had a fun and enjoyable time learning the key moves and routine that Lucy put together, a spooky set, seeing as it was Halloween. 👻

We even got to pull some scary faces, Shirley’s was definitely the scariest 😱

We are so looking forward to next week for our second lesson. If you are free and would like to join us, it will be on Friday 7th of November at 10.30.

❤️ How amazing do our poppies look.❤️

This afternoon, our residents began making poppies in preparation for Remembrance Day. These beautiful poppies will hang on or residents doors to honour the sacrifices made by so many.

Each poppy has been handmade with love. ❤️
