Lumbar radiculopathy - (nerve root entrapment, most likely cause disc herniation or spondylosis) π§
This presentation of buttock, hip, groin, thigh and shin pain can be commonly seen in hip osteoarthritis. So also imprtant to check back and hip with these pain patterns.
This lady was able to walk in and sit with discomofet but no crazy pain, but this is why its still important to xheck hard neuo. Neurological changes like weakness, sensation changes and reflex changes dont always change just because someones in agony. Often the ones in mild -moderate pain can have big changes in their hard neuro.
Very important to monitor these and red flags for cauda equina as these can change course within a few days, and then may need surgical intervention.
