Well this has been a lovely surprise to come back to after my holibobs! Peace of Mind meditation has done an amazing job of decorating and changing up our work space! At our Fish Quay clinic New blinds, plants, racking etc. Looks fabulous!😍Thankyou Frankie! Can’t wait to see you all in here!🥰

Just a reminder to you all who have apps with me in Carlisle, I’m now based at Angel hair studio in Carlisle. On Scotland road towards Sainsbury’s, just further along from Zenya. Parking for your apps is pretty similar to when you parked near Zenya. See you all there from tomorrow. X

Back in my treatment room with a view today. For those of you who don’t know I share this space with who has her meditation classes here .of.mind_meditation and on the room next to us we are accompanied by of B C Fitness. The development of this little wellness centre is just fab. Watch out for future developments from us all. And if you haven’t visited Frankie and Bens pages give them a follow and come check them out.

On the move!!

So just an update for you all. I’ve been given notice last week that Zenya will be closing. However I have secured a room to rent at Angel hair studio just further along Scotland road. The address is 52 Scotland road, stanwix,Carlisle CA3 9DF.
I will be starting my treatments ftom there on Tue 11 th April.
All my contact details will stay the same for booking etc.
I will messsge you all individually prior to your upcoming bookings with a reminder of the details. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Kinesio tape, as it's often called, got its name because it is used to aid muscle movement. It's a thin, flexible tape that is meant to relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation, and provide support to joints and muscles. The tape that I use in treatment is of a very high quality which naturally shrinks by approx 30 % which then means the tape requires no excess stretching to provide the support required. I often add this treatment into a session of Kire therapy, Acupuncture, or Cupping therapy. But can be performed as a stand alone treatment.
