Set within the ancient energetic field of Stonehenge, this meditation draws on the frequency of structures that do not move, negotiate, or respond. They simply remain.

Flowing from the base of the spine to the crown of the head are the seven major chakras, ancient energy gateways first mapped in Vedic and yogic teachings over 3,000 years ago, guiding the relationship between body, mind and spirit.

Lakshmi & The Last Lunar Cycle of 2025

I keep forgetting to post about my meditation classes.
This was from the final New Moon of 2025, under the New Moon in Scorpio, where we planted seeds in to the unknown. Intentions were rooted in transformation, devotion, and soul truth, setting new foundations around worth, receiving, and abundance.

We then returned at the Full Moon in Gemini, to release what could not be carried into 2026. Old stories and inherited beliefs were softened and cleared.

Within these moon phases, we opened to the beautiful energy of Lakshmi, not as a symbol, but as living consciousness. Lakshmi moves as divine harmony, luminous beauty, and inner wealth, reminding us that true prosperity flows through devotion and alignment.

This cycle is now complete, yet the frequency continues, unfolding gently, in perfect timing ✨🪷✨

Have you ever read Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés?
If you haven’t (I can absolutely wholeheartedly recommend that you do) it’s a book about remembering the Wild Woman, the instinctual, intuitive feminine beneath conditioning.

She holds herself like a woman who knows her energy is rare, isn’t arrogance, it’s embodiment. She no longer chases, overextends, or explains herself. She knows her presence is sacred, her intuition is truth, and her energy is not for everyone. Rooted, sovereign, and unapologetically herself.

She has walked through inner winters (the sacred teachings of the Winter Solstice), shed old skins, and reclaimed her worth from exhaustion and self-betrayal. She chooses depth over approval, listens to her body, and protects her nervous system fiercely, because she knows where to and where not to invest her energy.

Last Sunday Evening 🫶🏼🌕

Moonlight on water is one of the most ancient mirrors.
Something our ancestors would have sat beside quietly, using the stillness to reflect, and to sense what needed to be carried forward, and what could be left behind.

I’ve been working with ancestral energies over the last few months, and this moon brought some of that energy to the surface. Emotions came up that didn’t feel rooted in the present moment. Feelings that made sense once, shaped by survival, protection, and getting through difficult times, don’t necessarily serve in the same way now.

This moon to me was a reminder that we can honour where those emotions came from without continuing to live from them. That noticing them is enough. That it’s ok to release, and to choose something different, while respecting the lives and experiences they came through 🕯️🤍

Important reminder…
We are still in the season of quiescence

Even though the calendar says January, we are still very much in winter energy. This is the season of quiescence, which simply means a state of rest, stillness and pause. Not inactivity, but a time where energy is being quietly stored and restored.

At the Winter Solstice I spoke about the importance of slowing down, resting more, and allowing ourselves to be in a gentler, more inward phase. Learning to trust this has impacted me in so many positive ways.
January, as I’ve learned, isn’t the time to push forward and make a fresh start, that is the role of spring 🌱 Winter is about conserving energy, not spending it, and not putting unnecessary restrictions or pressure on ourselves.

When we try to pull ourselves out of winter too early, it can negatively affect the nervous system, often showing up as fatigue, overwhelm and burnout.

Let this be a reminder to keep things gentle where you can 🤍
