Shout out to Alan and Linda from Help 4 You CIO "The Stress & Anxiety Support Charity" Alan is also a qualified, person centered therapist. They have been coming along to The Li'l Community Hub + Soundbites Wednesdays from 12.30pm and Fridays 10.30am-12.30pm

On hand with free, fully topped up sim cards, for those who need them. Also offering a helping hand and supporting members who pop into the li'l community hub.

Please feel free to chat with them, about their own charity,,and the services they offer. There will be another place you can visit, in addition to the hub, when their premises in Wallsend, have been refurbished . The more support available to the community, the better!

The guys are taking it up a notch!

Norman de Bruin , a regular member of the group, and team admin for Percy Main AFC will be sharing his skills, to become an official helper of SHIELDS SOLE MATES-MENS WALK, TALK AND WOOF-Put down your Shield and talk. with lead Mark Elliott
Supported by The Li'l Community Hub + Soundbites who are members of the Mental Health Aliance.

Together we aim to develop the mens group, enhancing skills, knowledge and signposting, to benefit men's mental health and well being.

Mark and Norman are looking at ideas in addition to the mens walk talk and woof, ie peer lead support groups, quiz nights, world cup sober get together, fundraising ideas and ongoing training.

They will welcome your support, ideas and engagement.

You can meet up with Mark and Norman at the li'l community hub + sound bites 1a Bedford Terrace, North Shields, NE29 0AW, Mondays 12.30pm for walk and talk, or make enquiries via WhatsApp, email anewstart68@yahoo.co.uk

All feed back will be shared with Mark and Norman, who will co ordinate the development of this group.
