🎄 This year we’re collecting Christmas toys for children spending the holidays at Sunderland Royal Hospital and Freeman Hospital, Newcastle - inspired by a very personal story from our Care Manager, Kayleigh.

Kayleigh’s daughter was born 10 weeks premature and spent many Christmases in hospital, including time on the wards at Sunderland Royal and later undergoing heart surgery at the Freeman.

On Christmas morning, nurses left presents for them both - a gesture that brought a lot of comfort during a difficult time.

Now, as her daughter turns 18, Kayleigh and our team wanted to give something back to the hospitals who cared for them.
