Don't forget, there is a young carers event on today, at 3:30pm - 5:30pm at the Howdon Community Hub on Denbigh Avenue, NE28 0PP.

PeerTalk North East is here for you

Are you struggling and would benefit from a non-judgemental peer-to-peer support group?

A new group session will be starting next week, Tuesday 10th March, at The Linskill Centre in North Shields.

Those attending must be over 18 and the group supports people with feelings of anxiety, low mood and any associated distress.
There is no waiting list - you simply need to turn up on the evening.

Offering a safe and welcoming space for you to share your feelings, without judgement.

Cervical screening is free, your test only takes 5 minutes, and will always be completed by a female nurse.

✔ Get winter vaccines (Flu, RSV, Pneumococcal and COVID-19 if eligible)
