As the first away European fixture of the season is only days away, I am now out of office until Monday 10th November as I travel to Greece with Newcastle Eagles.

🏃‍♂️Runners of the north east 🏃‍♀️

Ever thought of getting your running biomechanics assessed?
This is a great opportunity to get them looked at and to help with some key research in that field too 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A week at SMART 🗓

Last week saw one of our busiest weeks since opening and a joint record number of clients walk through our doors 👥

24% of people who came in for treatment were brand new and shiny clients. 100% of these came from a recommendation from an existing client of ours 🙏

The week also saw 76% of existing or returning clients come into the clinic to receive treatment for injuries or recovery 🙌

I don't look at the past very often but when I do I am always amazed at how far SMART has came. I can't thank you all enough for the support you have given me and my little business 🫶
