Trying to video a bird and caught a nice little video of my tan, it’s taken 6 months to shift my mind set and shift my body into making muscle 💪 and I’m loving the results.
Feels good to feel nice in a bikini 👙 without my extra weight spilling over, I’ve never felt this good in a 2 piece 🙌 I feel strong and like that my wobble bits isn’t as wobbly.
The training wasn’t about weight for me, it was about strength, making my back strong enough so I didn’t keep getting back ache.
The strength training has bought with it so many more benefits that I didn’t really bank on, the confidence in your body is so great, knowing your body and why it’s feeling like it does.
The sleep is deep, your body craves goodness in food and kinda rejects the s**tty carby stuff like bread and heavy stuff.
This all inclusive has been way way different to 12 years ago when I smoked and drank the last time I was in the Dominican 🇩🇴 the barman can’t believe I’m asking for soda and lime, 🍋🟩 I’m eating such great salads and meat fresh papaya for breakfast and pineapple 🍍 structured water : watermelon 🍉
I don’t feel sluggish and I’ve kept up 3 days of training in the gym too! Well happy with that. Proud as punch 🥊 I am.
I’ve tried some desserts but not gone crazy, laid off the chocolate ice creams as I saw some spots coming up. Drop that s**tty sugar like lead weight.
Anyhow just realised it’s all paying off and wanted to share a little hhoooorahhhh 🙌 loving the changed shape of my shoulder area.
