✨ I DID IT — I HIT MY DREAM TARGET! ✨
Some of you might be thinking, “Haven’t we seen this before?” — and you have! I reached target a while back, and while I was incredibly proud, there was a little voice in the back of my mind whispering that I had more in me. I just didn’t believe I could go any further. It felt impossible.
Then my sister reminded me of something I always say to my own members:
“You have to believe it to achieve it.”
And something finally clicked.
So I reset my goal.
And for the past six weeks, I’ve worked my absolute socks off — focusing on my health, my habits, and my mindset.
Today, I’m over the moon to say I’ve lost another 3½lbs, taking me past my target weight — the lightest I’ve ever been as an adult (even before kids and on my wedding day!). I’ve gone from a size 24 to a size 10, and honestly… I couldn’t be happier.
My life looks completely different now.
💪 I exercise daily — sometimes twice a day because I genuinely enjoy it.
🥗 Every meal is made from scratch with fresh, wholesome ingredients.
🍷 I’ve cut down on alcohol.
💛 And I feel fitter, healthier, and happier than ever.
I’m more present for my kids, and being able to support my Slimming World members — truly understanding how hard it can be to change your habits — brings me so much joy.
If there’s one thing I want anyone reading this to take away, it’s this:
🌟 If you think you can’t do it, you can.
Believe you can — and the rewards are genuinely life-changing. 🌟
Oh — and as if the day couldn’t get any better, I also got Slimmer of the Week AND officially received my 5-stone award alongside my target award! 🎉
