"Aroma Adventure: Scents for Every Space!"
Today a blend is for the bathroom in this room you could go for invigorating aromas such as Eucalyptus, tea tree or a more gentle spa like approach with Bergamot and Ylang ylang
• 4 dropsEucalyptus staigeriana has a lemon aroma unlike Eucalyptus globulus which is the smell we all know as the eucalyptus in cough pastilles etc. it is a lovely aroma and blends well with Tea tree for a clean and revitalising experience. Staigeriana is gentle with a lovely clean aroma. Eucalyptus should not be used during pregnancy.
• 4 drops Tea tree is from Australia, and its leaves are part of traditional aborigine folk medicine. It has been well researched and is well documented all over the world. It has a fresh clean but warming aroma and is known for its antibacterial, antiseptic properties.
Transform your bathroom into a spa-like retreat with a calming blend of Bergamot and Ylang ylang.
• 4 drops Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) has a citrus aroma and is uplifting,
• 2 drops Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata) adds a touch of floral sweetness that promotes relaxation and creates a soothing atmosphere that turns your bathing routine into a rejuvenating experience.

"Aroma Adventure: Scents for Every Space!"
Today a blend for the bedroom which should be a serene sanctuary, promoting rest and relaxation.
For this space, a calming blend of:
• 5 drops Lavender – lavender is the most researched oil and is clinically proven to support sleep. Lavender contains two components, Linalol and Linalyl acetate which are known to affect the the brains chemistry to promote relaxation. It must me what is called True Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), but if you want to push the boat out try high altitude lavender which because of the growing conditions contains high amounts of both components and smells divine.
• 3 drops Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis), again research tells us that sweet orange reduces levels of cortisol secretion which helps reduce stress and anxiety. Low levels of cortisol are essential for healthy sleep patterns. The component which causes this is d-limonene which is uniquely both uplifting and relaxing.
• 2 drops Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata) the research tells us that Ylang ylang demonstrated a relaxing affect on volunteers after sniffing the oil. This is due to its benzyl acetate which like Linalyl acetate is a member of the Ester family. Ylang ylang has a strong floral aroma, so best to keep dosage low. Ylang is great for supporting restlessness.
• Diffuse 20 minutes before bed. Remember you may need to adjust dosage to suit your own preferences and needs.
