Wow what a night in group last night! 54 boxes of our delicious Apple Crumble & Custard hi fi bars. My members absolutely loved them. Get yourself to group on Monday & get a free box when you join & I’ll throw in free membership for you too! Who’s joining us? Xx

My group at Royal Quays Community Centre is open tomorrow 👍 Scales open 5-6pm then New Image Therapy starts at 6pm ❤️
